Ordering
When placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. All pieces are made by hand when you place an order and it will be ready for pick up or shipping within 14 days. If you are short of time, let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Payment
I accept payment by Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. All card payments are processed through epay encrypted ssl payment system for secure and confidential payment. All prices on www.ingergrubbe.com are current retail prices incl. 25% danish vat and are quoted in danish kroner (DKK).
Shipping
Your item will be placed safely in a jewellery box. Your purchase will be packaged carefully and send with track and trace within 14 days.
Data protection
Inger grubbe reserves the right to collect, process and use the customer’s data in accordance with the data protection law. The data will only be used for the purpose the data was originally given or for correspondence with the customer. Payment data will be disclosed to the customer’s credit institute, if necessary for the processing of the payment.
Change in prices
I reserve the right to change the price of the product due to changing prices of gold, silver and gemstones. All prices on are current retail prices incl. 25% danish vat and are quoted in dkk, danish kroner.
Repair
I gladly do repairs for a fee. I only repair jewellery made by me, Inger Grubbe. For repair requests contact: contact@ingergrubbe.com
